The Westridge community offers a great mix of residents and short-term rental homes. It is quiet and peaceful, well maintained and safe, with well-lit streets. The homes are very nicely spaced in a landscape of rolling hills. Unlike many other developments our community offers to you, as a guest, free use of its cabana, with meeting area and gym to get to know other residents and holiday makers; community pool, lit tennis, basketball and volleyball courts, and a safe and fun area for children to play in with swings, slides and a family picnic area. New Mexico Lane is ideally located to cater to all tastes. MAR119 is a beautiful 3 bed home that will comfortably sleep 6 people. The house has traditional cathedral ceilings and an open, airy floor plan. Bed linen and towels are provided. We provide a free local telephone service, large washing machine, large dryer, iron and ironing board, and there is more than adequate storage for all your belongings (and newly purchased presents!!!). Comfortably furnished, the lounge/living room has a 25” color television with video recorder, DVD and cable service. Double patio doors give access to the south facing heated swimming pool a wonderful feature of the pool area is its perpetually sunny south facing aspect and its privacy with a surrounding of well-maintained lawns. A complete loaded kitchen with everything you need during your stay. The master bedroom is en suite with a large walk-in shower, separate bath, toilet and vanity and gives further access to the pool area. The master bedroom is furnished with a Queen Size bed. There is an additional 20 inch TV and a High Speed (Broadband) Internet connection should you wish to bring with you an internet ready laptop computer. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are equally well furnished with bedroom 2 having a large Queen Size bed and bedroom 3 having two single beds, sharing the second bath. Should they be required for young children/babies a high chair and crib are available. No pets are allowed. Smoking is not permitted.
