| Our spacious villa is situated 4 miles (3 sets of traffic lights!) from the gates of Disney AT
Indian Ridge in Kissimmee. Within an easy drive approx 35 minutes from Orlando International
Airport or 1 hour from Sanford you will find yourself in the Kissimmee area. Indian Ridge, is a
small friendly complex including permanent residents and villas for holiday rental. The
complex boasts a heated community pool, tennis courts, basketball net and play park for
younger children. Local restaurants and shops are within a 2 mile drive on HW192. Fantastic
golf courses are situated within an easy driving distance. Our very comfortable villa has
been refurbished to a high standard in 2008, including brand new controllable air
conditioning system to add to your comfort. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. (1 master, 1 double, 2
twin) All linen and towels provided. Open plan lounge with large screen cable TV & Blue Ray
DVD, Separate lounge with sofa bed. Fully fitted kitchen with large fridge freezer and ice
